	I have a question on user session time extension. Is it possible to increase only two user sessions? For example, make two of them 180 minutes while keeping the default of 30 mins for other users.
Robert Cohen, IT Manager at Dynacast LTD provided the following for how to change the timeout for a specific user. PROCEDURE Set SessionTimeout: /* ————————————————————————— * Purpose: find the session record for logged in user – mtool and set the * Purpose: session time out to 500 minutes and not 120 as default * Parameters: none * Notes: * —————————————————————————/ for each sess_mstr exclusive-lock where sess_mstr.sess_userid = “”mtool”” : sess_mstr.sess_timeout = 500. / 300. / end.” Editor’s Note:* This example is used to set the session time out for a particular user “mtool” to 500 minutes instead of the default. The program should be run as often as the number of minutes the default timeout is set to (or more often to be on the safe side) in order to catch any new sessions for the “mtool” user and change timeout value to what is needed.
	Do Configured Screens create any issues when upgrading to a newer version of QAD?
Yes, it can cause some issues when you upgrade, primarily if you haven’t documented it properly. You want to make sure it is the same as what users were seeing prior to the update. Make sure to run the Configured Screens report on old system and run again as you are developing your configured screens on the upgraded system.
	Can you explain the difference between Configured screens and ICT on high level.
ICT is a more powerful tool than configured screens, though many companies don’t have it or the resources to use it. Configured screens are a good tool for configuring menus and frames.
