	Do the 32 Soft Data Loaders support populating custom fields?
Yes. We would need to know what they are and will work with you up front to accommodate the custom fields. There is more information about how customization is handled here.
	We have just purchased another company that is not using QAD. Would this be a good application for the Auto Load?
Yes, it would be. We do recommend that you use the appropriate Data Loaders as an efficient first step to make sure your data is clean before attempting automation. This will ensure a more productive experience when automatically transferring data from another system into QAD.
	Are your Data Loaders QAD Cloud certified?
Yes. We have many customers running on cloud. Technically, you do not own the system when you utilize QAD cloud, any 3rd party software you add to manage your QAD cloud data will likely result in extra installation and maintenance costs from QAD.
	When do you utilize Data Loaders vs. when to use Auto Load?
Auto Load is an add-on to any Data Loader. If you have a high volume of data that you want to automatically load into QAD without manual intervention, you will want to add the Auto Load functionality to the Data Loader. We do recommend that you ensure that your files are consistently clean or manual intervention will still be needed and make the automatic loading less efficient. The Data Loaders can help you to ensure data hygiene prior to deploying the Auto Load process.
	Does Auto Load send emails as well in case of failure?
Yes. You will see in the presentation that you will get an email with any errors and that batch will terminate the upload. You can also opt to have emails sent telling you the upload was successful.
	Would you be able to do a demo at the conference next week?
Yes. And we can schedule one with you or your team through gotomeeting anytime that is convenient for you.
	Are the Data Loaders with Auto Load useful if my company needs to clone an entire entity to put it into a different domain in EE?
Yes, Data Loaders with Auto Load would work for you in this scenario. Some of the Financial Data Loaders, however, are for SE only.
	Do you have anything which can auto extract data from QAD to another system’s operation and finance module?
We don’t have a product but we can help you with this. We have an output oriented product, LBox that may be able to help in this area. Contact us for more information.
	When are you going to have the Financial Data Loaders for EE?
QAD has built-in Excel integration in EE, so we don’t plan to make those available.
