Should we have ProPlus installed to use this tool?
This tool can be used with or without QAD ProPlus. If ProPlus is not installed or enabled, the tool will automatically use integrated supplier schedule (QAD menu 5.5.3.3). If ProPlus is enabled, the tool will automatically use supplier shipping schedule (QAD menu 5.5.7.7).
Can we use this tool to maintain both supplier planning and supplier shipping schedules?
The generic version of the tool demonstrated during the webinar allows to maintain only supplier shipping schedules. The ability to maintain supplier planning schedules can be added at customer request.
Is this Loader compatible with QAD version 3.0.1.87 and European versions of QAD?
The latest generic version of Supplier Schedule Maintenance Data Loader is compatible with all standard QAD versions (starting from version eB and up). The version of QAD .NET interface does not affect the Data Loader functionality. The latest generic version will work in European installations of QAD. Some industry specific customizations of supplier schedule functionality are possible. Supplier Schedule Maintenance Data Loader can be adjusted to work successfully in such environments once we have the specifics of the customization.
