	How long on average is the implementation timing?
It does depend on the circumstances to some degree, but the implementation time is usually between four and six weeks.
	Can you confirm that a customer must provide an email address to use this solution?
No. If a customer does not want documents emailed to them, L-Box can store the document and it will be accessible to you within the system. It can also be set up to save the document as a pdf and have it automatically print.
