Are your QAD users all at the same level of knowledge about your supply chain process?
Do they understand how their role impacts your company’s overall success?
Do they know what data goes where and why in QAD for effective, efficient, and error-free operations?
Undoubtedly, there are different kinds of employees in your supply chain environment and among your QAD users. Some came to your company with degrees, certifications, and experience. Others skipped college and went straight to the trades. While others may have little education but lots of smarts and have risen through the ranks. And, there may be some with the schooling who are just now gaining the experience.
Investing in training and education can be the key to expanding the supply chain knowledge of your employees—and it is good for your business, too. Your company will benefit from greater productivity and efficiency as well as higher morale and loyalty among workers. You’ll have better data accuracy and quality in your MRP when your staff understands its purpose, processes, principles, and benefits.
We have trained employees in companies like yours since 2018, helping them integrate and implement significant improvements in QAD data management and supply chain processes. Our sessions can be tailored for individuals or groups. We offer introductory to advanced ERP, MRP, and supply chain management training. The sessions can either be general or specific to your company’s needs.
Before the training begins, we will meet with you to uncover your goals and understand what training your employees need to succeed in their current roles. After each training session, we provide opportunities for employees to assess the program and its effectiveness so we can make any changes or modifications along the way to better suit your needs.
Most of our training is done by Don Lindsey, a QAD ERP functional expert and an active, lively instructor in the Operations/Manufacturing, Distribution, and Service/Support QAD modules. He brings hands-on expertise as a knowledgeable QAD ERP Implementation Project Manager, completing many significant and complex IT projects on time and within budget.
