Who can see the list of PCO orders and their content?
Any person with access to the PCO View function in QAD can download a list of PCO orders into the PCO summary tab and view the details related to BOMs, routings and item changes. However, only people with access to the PCO maintenance function can make changes to existing or create new product change orders.
Does the PCO routing automatically send an email to the person who should approve it?
Yes, it does if you have the email option configured in QAD. If you do not, we can add the email function into the Product Change Control Data Loader that will be independent from existing QAD setup.
Do I need to set up the PCC module in QAD in order to use the Product Change Control Data Loader?
Yes. The PCC module setup is quite straightforward, and we can help you with it.
